Mini Pizza Bagels
Quick and easy, these Mini Pizza Bagels are the perfect snack, appetizer or meal that you can customize that the whole family enjoys.

- 10 mini bagels
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Italian seasoning for topping if desired
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F.
Cut your bagels if not already cut and place them all cut side up on a rimmed baking sheet.
Place the bagels in the oven for 5 minutes, or until they are just beginning to toast.
Spread each bagel with 1 Tablespoon pizza sauce then top with 2 Tablespoons shredded cheese (if you are doing other toppings, also add at this time).
Place the bagels back into the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven sprinkle with Italian seasoning if desired and serve immediately.
