Mojo Shrimp Kabobs

Fast, easy and delicious these Mojo Shrimp Kabobs are full of flavor, orange, lime and spices this is the perfect addition to your grilling game.

  • 1 lb raw shrimp peel, deveined and tail on


  • 1/4 olive oil
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • A dash each of salt and pepper


  • In mixing bowl whisk together all your marinade ingredients until combined.
  • Add your shrimp and cover and refrigerate up to 30 minutes.
  • Meanwhile soak your skewers in water until shrimp is ready.Preheat your grill to medium and let heat up.
  • Remove shrimp and thread onto your skewers making sure to thread through the head and tail.
  • Before adding to grill brush with a little more marinade.
  • Grill on each side for about 2 minutes or until pink and opaque.
  • Remove and serve.
