Homemade BBQ Potato Chips

Crunchy, crispy and spicy Homemade BBQ Potato Chips are an easy delicious snack for any occasion. Simple spices make this a crunchy and tasty treat.

Ingredients

  • 3 potatoes peeled
  • Oil for frying

SEASONING

  • 1 Tbs paprika
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your oil to 375.
  • In small bowl mix together all you seasoning ingredients.
  • Using a mandolin slice your potatoes into very thin slices.
  • In batches drop your potatoes into hot oil and fry for about a minute until golden and crispy.
  • Drain in paper towel lined bowl and sprinkle with some of the seasoning and toss to coat.
  • Repeat with remaining potatoes until all are cooked and seasoned.

Notes

Yup may have some seasoning leftover, save as this makes great seasoning for meats
