Ingredients

19 oz pkg tortellini, prepared according to pkg directions

cup
silced olives

cup
mozzarella pearls

chopped roasted red pepper*

chopped fresh basil

quartered diced grape tomatoes
BALSAMIC VINAIGRETTE

balsamic vinegar
1/4
cup
olive oil

garlic

Salt and pepper
Instructions
Rinse your cooked under cold water until cook then transfer to large bowl.
Stir in your olives, mozzarella, red peppers, basil and tomatoes until combined.
In small bowl whisk together all your vinaigrette ingredients and pour over pasta and toss to coat.
Serve chilled.
Notes
I find my roasted red peppers in a jar packed in water at the grocery store.
