- 7-9 lb spiral cut ham fully cooked
- 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbs mustard
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
Remove your ham from refrigerator and let sit at room temperature for about 2 hours.
Meanwhile preheat your oven to 325.
Unpackage your ham and place in large roasting dish.
In bowl whisk together pineapple, sugar, mustard and cloves.
Pour the mixture over the top of your ham and rub insides the slices of the ham and over top and sides.
Cover and bake in oven for 1 1/2 - 2 hours until internal temp reads at least 140 (baste Han with juices throughout cooking process).
Remove from oven and baste with juices before serving.
