  • 7-9 lb spiral cut ham fully cooked
  • 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 Tbs mustard
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves


  • Remove your ham from refrigerator and let sit at room temperature for about 2 hours.
  • Meanwhile preheat your oven to 325.
  • Unpackage your ham and place in large roasting dish.
  • In bowl whisk together pineapple, sugar, mustard and cloves.
  • Pour the mixture over the top of your ham and rub insides the slices of the ham and over top and sides.
  • Cover and bake in oven for 1 1/2 - 2 hours until internal temp reads at least 140 (baste Han with juices throughout cooking process).
  • Remove from oven and baste with juices before serving.
