Strawchebaliscuit Bites

Delicious Strawchebaliscuit Bites are made up of TRISCUIT Crackers, sliced strawberries, goat cheese, a balsamic reduction and sprinkled with chopped basil.

  • 1 Box Original TRISCUIT Crackers
  • 1 4 oz pkg goat cheese
  • 6-7 strawberries sliced
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbs sugar
  • 1/4 cup sliced basil


  • In sauce pan add your vinegar and sugar and bring to boil on medium-high heat. Reduce to medium and simmer until vinegar reduces by half, remove and let cool.
  • Once reduction is cool assemble crackers by spreading each TRISCUIT Cracker with about 1/2 Tbs goat cheese, top with sliced strawberry, drizzle with balsamic reduction and sprinkle with basil.
  • Serve and enjoy!


Do not over cook your reduction or it will harden, just heat until it looks thickened like syrup.
