Ingredients

  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts thawed
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp dried rosemary divided
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 3 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen mixed veggies
  • 8 oz uncooked egg noodles
  • Chopped fresh parsley optional

Instructions

  • Add chicken to bottom of slow cooker.
  • Top with soup, seasonings, and chicken broth.
  • Cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  • Remove lid and shred chicken, add in your noodles and frozen veggies, stir and continue cooking on high for about 30-40 minutes until noodles are cooked through.
  • Sprinkle with parsley if desired.
