Salmon Patties

Ingredients

Patties:

  • 1 15 oz can pink salmon
  • 1/4 cup cornmeal
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 3 Tbs mayo
  • 1/4 cup onions finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red pepper finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 Tbs oil

Remoulade Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • In bowl mix together all your patty ingredients besides the oil until well blended.
  • Using an ice cream scoop, scoop some of your mixture and shape into patties.
  • In a non-stick skillet add your oil and heat on medium-high.
  • Add patties into pan, making sure not to over crowd, do in batches.
  • Fry on each side for about 3-4 minutes or until brown.
  • Remove from skillet and place on paper towel lined plate to drain.
  • Meanwhile mix all your remoulade sauce in bowl and serve with salmon patties.
