Salmon Patties

Patties:
- 1 15 oz can pink salmon
- 1/4 cup cornmeal
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 3 Tbs mayo
- 1/4 cup onions finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red pepper finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 - 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 Tbs oil
Remoulade Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp pepper
In bowl mix together all your patty ingredients besides the oil until well blended.
Using an ice cream scoop, scoop some of your mixture and shape into patties.
In a non-stick skillet add your oil and heat on medium-high.
Add patties into pan, making sure not to over crowd, do in batches.
Fry on each side for about 3-4 minutes or until brown.
Remove from skillet and place on paper towel lined plate to drain.
Meanwhile mix all your remoulade sauce in bowl and serve with salmon patties.
