Baked Honey Mustard Chicken Tenders

Tender, savory and delicious these Baked Honey Mustard Chicken Tenders are the perfect quick and easy weeknight dinner for the family!

  • 1 - 1 1/2 lb chicken tenders
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 Tbs mayo
  • 3 Tbs dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbs honey


  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Generously salt and pepper your chicken tenders on both sides.
  • In pan add oil and add chicken and just lightly brown each side, but do not cook through, remove from heat and set aside.
  • In a bowl whisk together your mayo, mustard and honey until combined, spread half on bottom of a small 1qt casserole dish then place chicken tenders on top and spread with remaining sauce.
  • Cover with tinfoil and bake in oven for 15-20 minutes until internal temp is 165.
  • Remove from oven and serve, drizzle sauce over top of chicken tenders.
