Banana Caramel Macchiato Donuts

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 banana mashed
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup International Delight Iced Coffee Caramel Macchiato
  • 1 Tbs butter melted

GLAZE

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbs International Delight Iced Coffee Caramel Macchiato

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400.
  • Spray a 6 well donut pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In bowl mix together your flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
  • In another bowl mix together your banana, egg, sour cream, International Delight Iced Coffee Caramel Macchiato and butter.
  • Stir into your dry ingredients and mix until blended.
  • Pipe into your prepared donut pans and cook for about 10 minutes or until donuts spring back when touched.
  • Remove from oven and turn out onto cooling rack to cool.
  • Meanwhile mix together your glaze ingredients.
  • Once donuts are cool dip into your glaze, repeat one more time or until a thick glaze forms.
