One Pot Taco Gnocchi
Taco seasoned gnocchi skillet is a one pot meal that is a delight for weeknight dinners
Servings: 4 people
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 pkg taco seasoning
- 1 15 oz can petite diced tomatoes
- 2 16 oz pkg gnocchi
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- Sour cream
- Black Olives
- Green Onions
In large skillet brown your ground beef until done, drain.
Add in you taco seasoning and stir to combine.
Add in your tomatoes, beef broth and gnocchi and cover and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until gnocchi is tender and sauce has reduced.
Stir in your cheese an heat until melted.
Serve in bowl or plate topped with your favorite taco toppings
