Honey Roasted Carrots

A simple and easy side dish is all you need and these Honey Roasted Carrots are a favorite with minimal ingredients and time, this dish is a big hit!

  • 8 carrots peeled with ends trimmed off and halved
  • 3 Tbs olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • Salt and pepper
  • Parsley optional


  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Add your carrots to a bowl and drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.
  • Next drizzle with honey and toss to coat again.
  • Spread on a baking dish, sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake for 30-40 minutes until fork tender, stirring every 10 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and place on serving dish and sprinkle with parsley if desired.
