- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1 15 oz can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 15 oz can creamed corn
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2-3 Tbs sugar
- 2 eggs
Preheat oven to 375.
Spray a 9"x13" baking dish with non-stick cooking spray, set aside.
In large bowl add all your ingredients and stir until combined.
Pour into prepared baking dish and bake for about 35 minutes until golden and puffy.
Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
