- 2 large bananas mashed
- 3/4 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup oil
- 2 Tablespoons vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350.
Spray a 9"x13" pan with non-stick cooking spray, set aside.
In a large bowl whisk together your bananas, brown sugar, sugar, peanut butter, oil and vanilla until combined.
Add in flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt and stir until just blended.
Press into prepared baking pan and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
Remove from heat and cut into bars and serve.
