Funfetti Granola Bars

Ingredients

  • 4 cups quick cooking oats
  • 3 cups rice cereal
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Wilton sprinkles + more for topping
  • Wilton candy melts

Instructions

  • Line a 9"x13" pan with parchment paper, set aside.
  • In large bowl stir together your oats and cereal until combined, set aside.
  • In a sauce pan melt together butter, honey and brown sugar and bring to a slight boil making sure to continuously stir until sugar is dissolved.
  • Pour mixture over your oat and cereal mixture and stir until everything is coated, let cool slightly.
  • Add in your sprinkles and stir until distributed.
  • Press into your prepared pan and let sit for about 20-30 minutes until set.
  • Meanwhile melt you Wilton candy melts according to package directions.
  • Drizzle candy melts over the tops of your granola bars and sprinkle with extra sprinkles if desired.
  • Cut and serve.
