Funfetti Granola Bars

- 4 cups quick cooking oats
- 3 cups rice cereal
- 3/4 cup butter
- 3/4 cup honey
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Wilton sprinkles + more for topping
- Wilton candy melts
Line a 9"x13" pan with parchment paper, set aside.
In large bowl stir together your oats and cereal until combined, set aside.
In a sauce pan melt together butter, honey and brown sugar and bring to a slight boil making sure to continuously stir until sugar is dissolved.
Pour mixture over your oat and cereal mixture and stir until everything is coated, let cool slightly.
Add in your sprinkles and stir until distributed.
Press into your prepared pan and let sit for about 20-30 minutes until set.
Meanwhile melt you Wilton candy melts according to package directions.
Drizzle candy melts over the tops of your granola bars and sprinkle with extra sprinkles if desired.
Cut and serve.
