Sausage Pesto Pasta

  • 1 16 oz spiral pasta
  • 1 lb pork sausage
  • 2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbs pesto


  • Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and set aside.
  • In large saute pan brown sausage until no longer pink, drain.
  • On medium/high heat add in your heavy cream and stir until it starts to boil.
  • Add in your cheese and reduce heat to a simmer until it starts to thicken slightly.
  • Lastly add in your pesto and stir until combined.
  • Add your noodles and toss to coat.
  • Sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese if desired.
