Sausage Pesto Pasta
Creamy, flavorful and addicting this Sausage Pesto Pasta is a quick and easy dinnertime recipe that whips up in no time and feeds a crowd.
Servings: 6 people
- 1 16 oz spiral pasta
- 1 lb pork sausage
- 2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbs pesto
Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and set aside.
In large saute pan brown sausage until no longer pink, drain.
On medium/high heat add in your heavy cream and stir until it starts to boil.
Add in your cheese and reduce heat to a simmer until it starts to thicken slightly.
Lastly add in your pesto and stir until combined.
Add your noodles and toss to coat.
Sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese if desired.
