  • 16 oz cubed bread any kind (French, hamburger or hot dog buns, ciabatta)
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper


  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • In large bowl mix together bread, oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Spread onto a large rimmed baking sheet.
  • Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes stirring every so often so each side can brown.
  • Remove from oven and serve.


We used Hawaiian slider buns in this recipe.
