Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

- 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 ripe bananas mashed
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup butter melted
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350.
Line a 12 count muffin tin with paper liners.
In bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
In another bowl whisk together bananas, sugar, egg, butter and vanilla.
Fold in your dry ingredients until just combined.
Then fold in your chocolate chips.
Using an ice cream scoop, evenly distribute batter among muffin tin.
Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes until center is set and tops are slightly golden.
