Charleston Cheese Dip
Full of cheese, bacon and green onions this Charleston Cheese Dip whips up in less than 20 minutes and is a delicious dip to have on hand.
- 1 8 oz block cream cheese, soft
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded colby Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 green onions diced -
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 8 Ritz crackers crumbled
- 6-8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
Preheat oven to 350.
In bowl stir together cream cheese, mayo, cheeses, onions, cayenne, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Top with crushed crackers.
Bake for 15 minutes until soft and cheese is melted.
Top with crumbled bacon and more green onions.
Serve with crackers, chips, etc.
