Cheddar Beer Bread
Quick, easy and no fun this Cheddar Beer Bread is packed with flavor, super addicting and you won't be able to stop at just one slice.
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbs sugar
- 1 Tbs baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tbs honey warmed
- 1 12 oz bottle beer
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 3 Tbs butter melted
Pre-heat oven to 350 and grease a 9x5" loaf pan.
In medium bowl whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Slowly stir in your beer and warmed honey until just combined. Be careful not to over mix.
Fold in your cheese.
Spoon dough into prepared pan and bake for 40 minutes.
Remove pan from oven and brush melted butter on top of bread, return to over for another 10-15 minutes or until top is golden and toothpick comes out clean.
