Ingredients

butter

flour

milk

smoked paprika

mustard powder

garlic powder

elbows, penne, spirals

mozzarella
fresh shredded from block

cheddar
fresh shredded from block
Salt & pepper

hot sauce
Instructions
In saucepan melt your butter on medium heat and then stir in your flour and cook for about 1 minute.
Add in 1 cup milk and whisk.
Add in remaining milk and whisk until it starts to thicken.
Add your paprika, mustard powder and garlic powder and water and whisk.
Stir in your macaroni and bring to boil and simmer for about 9-10 minutes or until just al dente.
Remove from heat and add your cheeses, salt and pepper and hot sauce and stir until melted.
Serve immediately.
Notes
To reheat add a little bit more milk and warm on stove.
