One Pan Taco Dogs

Ingredients

  • 8 hot dogs
  • 8 hot dog buns
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1 Tbs taco seasoning
  • 1 cup Pace® salsa divided
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese divided
  • Cilantro optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • In an 11x7" baking dish place your hot dog buns and cut out a long rectangle in center of each bun to make a spot for the hot dogs.
  • In a small bowl mix together your melted butter and taco seasoning and brush on the insides of your buns.
  • Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese and about 1/2 cup salsa.
  • Place hot dogs on top and sprinkle with remaining cheese and salsa.
  • Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until melted and hot dogs appear done.
  • Sprinkle with cilantro and serve.
