- 8 hot dogs
- 8 hot dog buns
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 1 Tbs taco seasoning
- 1 cup Pace® salsa divided
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese divided
- Cilantro optional
Preheat oven to 350.
In an 11x7" baking dish place your hot dog buns and cut out a long rectangle in center of each bun to make a spot for the hot dogs.
In a small bowl mix together your melted butter and taco seasoning and brush on the insides of your buns.
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese and about 1/2 cup salsa.
Place hot dogs on top and sprinkle with remaining cheese and salsa.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until melted and hot dogs appear done.
Sprinkle with cilantro and serve.
