A quick and easy cocktail, these Christmas Mimosas are a fun drink that you can sip on at holiday parties, around the fire or at dinner time or brunch!

Ingredients

  • Prosecco chilled
  • Cranberry apple juice chilled
  • Fresh cranberries
  • Rosemary sprigs
  • Cinnamon sticks

Instructions

  • Fill your glass halfway with Prosecco.
  • Fill the glass the rest of the way with the cranberry apple juice, leaving just enough room for garnishes.
  • Then add fresh cranberries, a rosemary sprig, and cinnamon sticks to the glass and serve.

Notes

  1. The ratio of the drink should be 50/50.
  2. A bottle of prosecco makes about 6-8 drinks depending on the glass.
  3. You can use regular cranberry juice if you do not want the apple flavor.
  4. This can be made non-alcoholic, see my tips above.
  5. Garnish as you wish, the cinnamon stick give a slight cinnamon flavor to the drink see some other ideas above.
  6. We do not recommend making ahead of time.
  7. Use your favorite Prosecco, make sure that it is sparkling.
