Ingredients

  • 7 ounces sheet of artisan flatbread I used Stonefire Brand
  • 3 ounces plain goat cheese
  • 6 ounces brie rind removed
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans
  • ¼ cup fresh cranberries
  • 1-2 teaspoons fresh chopped rosemary
  • 1 Tablespoon honey

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and place flatbread on a small ungreased baking sheet.
  • Spread goat cheese evenly over flatbread.
  • Cut brie into small pieces and layer on top of goat cheese.
  • Layer with pecans, cranberries, and rosemary.
  • Drizzle evenly with honey.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until brie is starting to brown and cranberries soften and burst.
  • Cut into strips and serve warm. Enjoy!

Notes

  1. Fresh or frozen cranberries can be used for this.
  2. This is a great recipe to double if you are serving a larger crowd.
  3. If all the cranberries haven't burst, keep it in for a few minutes longer.
  4. We like to use plain goat cheese, but you can use flavored if you want to add more depth to this.
  5. Pecans can be substituted with walnuts or almonds or you can leave this nut free.
  6. Other cheeses can be used, see above for some ideas.
  7. We do not recommend freezing this recipe.
