Made with Baileys, Kahlua and Vodka this Frozen Mudslide Recipe is an easy dessert cocktail that is tasty, delicious and perfect for any time of the year.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream divided
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 6 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 6 ounces Baileys Irish cream
  • 4 ounces Kahlua
  • 4 ounces vodka
  • 2 cups ice
  • Chocolate syrup for garnish

Instructions

  • n a medium bowl add the heavy cream and powdered sugar, beat by hand or with an electric hand mixer until medium peaks form.
  • In a blender add the ice cream, Irish cream, Kahlua, vodka, ice, and half of the whipped cream. Blend until mixture is smooth.
  • Drizzle chocolate syrup around the inside of the glass.
  • Pour in the mudslide mixture.
  • Top with whipped cream and more chocolate syrup if desired.

Notes

  1. You can double or triple this recipe depending on the amount of people you are serving.
  2. Use a higher quality blender to make sure that it blends the ice nicely.
  3. You can switch up the flavors in this by switching out ice cream or vodkas, see some tips above.
  4. We like to use larger glasses like hurricane glasses and this recipe will make 2 large drinks with those or 3 smaller drinks in smaller glasses.
  5. The chocolate drizzle is not necessary but highly recommended. 
  6. The texture of this is like a milkshake but less thick and more frothy.
