Ingredients

  • 2 mangos
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1/2 small red onion
  • 1 red chili pepper medium hot
  • 2 Tbs chopped fresh cilantro
  • Juice from one lime
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • On a cutting board dice up your onion, mango and bell pepper.
  • Deseed the red pepper and cut into small rings or dice if you like.
  • Add the chopped fruit and vegetables to a bowl, set aside.
  • In small bowl mix together with the cilantro, lime juice and honey and add salt and pepper to taste if needed.
  • Pour over your fruit and peppers and toss to combined.
  • Let rest for a couple of minutes to let the flavors marry together nicely.
