- 2 oz. espresso or strong coffee
- 1/2 cup eggnog hot
- 2 Tbs caramel syrup
- 1/4 cup steamed milk
- Whipped cream and caramel sauce for topping optional
Combine fresh espresso, eggnog, caramel syrup, and milk into a large mug and stir slightly to combine.
Top with whipped cream and caramel sauce and enjoy!

- You don't have to use espresso you can just use a strong coffee.
- You can steam your milk in the microwave as well, just make sure that it doesn't boil.
- We like to top this with whipped topping and a drizzle of caramel, this is not necessary, but a great flavor addition.
- If you want to spike this you can with a little bit of rum, not much just a little.
