Ingredients

  • 1 12 oz can frozen limeade concentrate thawed
  • 1 10 oz container maraschino cherries + juices
  • 2 liter bottle lemon lime pop such as 7-Up or Sprite
  • Ice
  • Slice limes optional
  • Mint leaves optional

Instructions

  • In large pitcher add your limeade concentrate, cherries and juices and then slowy add in your lemon lime pop.
  • Stir gently until combined.
  • When ready to serve add ice to glasses and pour over the top.
  • Garnish with lime slices, cherries and mint leaves if desired.

Notes

  1. Defrost you limeade concentrate before adding to pitcher, it mixes better when partially thawed.
  2. Use cherries without stems, if you can only find stemmed cherries, remove the stems before adding them to the drink mix.
  3. Chill ingredients before adding them to the pitcher, this makes sure everything is already cool and ready to serve.
  4. If you can make make or find pebble ice, lots of people love that, but crushed ice or regular ice cubes work well.
  5. There is no need to add ice to the pitcher unless you are serving and leaving out, otherwise just add ice to individual glasses before serving.
  6. We use 7-Up in our recipe, but you can use any lemon lime pop such as Sprite or off brand lemon lime drinks.
