Sweet & Salty Butterfinger Squares

Crispety, Crunchy, Peanut-Buttery these Sweet & Salty Butterfinger Squares are a super fast, delicious dessert recipe that has minimal ingredients that even the novice baker can tackle!

Ingredients

  • 1 11.3 oz box buttery crackers, crushed
  • 1 1/2 cup Butterfinger® Minis divided
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Spray an 8"x8" baking dish with non-stick cooking spray or line with tinfoil.
  • In bowl, mix together crushed buttery crackers, 1 cup crushed Butterfinger® Minis and sweetened condensed milk until combined.
  • Spread and press into your prepared baking dish, making sure to pack it in there.
  • Sprinkle with chocolate chips and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and with an offset spatula, spread the melted chocolate chips over the top of the bars.
  • Sprinkle with remaining crushed Butterfinger Minis.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes to an hour for the chocolate to set, then cut into bars.
