Oil for frying
SEASONING

chili powder

cumin

Instructions
Preheat your oil to 375.
In small bowl mix together all you seasoning ingredients.
Using a mandolin slice your potatoes into very thin slices.
In batches drop your potatoes into hot oil and fry for about a minute until golden and crispy.
Drain in paper towel lined bowl and sprinkle with some of the seasoning and toss to coat.
Repeat with remaining potatoes until all are cooked and seasoned.
Notes
Yup may have some seasoning leftover, save as this makes great seasoning for meats
