Mock Crab Leg Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz pkg of your favorite pasta
  • 1 pkg mock crab
  • 6 hard boiled eggs chopped
  • 4 oz block cheddar cheese diced
  • 4 green onions chopped
  • 1 1/2 cup mayo
  • 3-4 Tbs milk
  • 1/2-1 Tbs seasoning salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 Tbs sugar
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and and add to large bowl.
  • Chop your mock crab into small pieces about 1/2" in size, add to pasta along with your green onions, eggs and cheese.
  • In medium bowl add your mayo, milk, seasoning salt, paprika sugar and mix until combined.
  • Salt and pepper to your liking.
  • Stir into your pasta until coated.
  • Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
