  • 1 15 oz can green beans drained
  • 1 15 oz can corn drained
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 2 lb bag tater tots

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • In pan brown your ground beef until no longer pink, drain off fat and set aside.
  • In bowl mix together your soups, green beans, corn, milk and seasonings and stir until combined.
  • In a 9"x13" baking dish add your ground beef, top with your soup mixture.
  • Sprinkle with your cheese and then top with tater tots in single layers.
  • Bake for about 40 minutes or until tater tots are golden and hot dish is bubbly.

Notes

  1. You can substitute canned vegetables for fresh or frozen (thawed) in this recipe.
  2. If you cant find tater tots, you can also use tater crowns, or even sometimes hash browns.
  3. To get those tater tots nice and golden, place under the broiler for a few minutes before taking out of the oven.
  4. Let cool slightly before serving so the soup mixture can thicken up slightly.
