Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 ripe bananas mashed
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup butter melted
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Line a 12 count muffin tin with paper liners.
  • In bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  • In another bowl whisk together bananas, sugar, egg, butter and vanilla.
  • Fold in your dry ingredients until just combined.
  • Then fold in your chocolate chips.
  • Using an ice cream scoop, evenly distribute batter among muffin tin.
  • Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes until center is set and tops are slightly golden.
