Ingredients

  • 3 large chicken breasts cooked and shredded
  • 2 10 oz cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 4 oz can diced green chiles
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 12 small white corn tortillas cut into 1" squares
  • 1 lb cheddar or Colby jack cheese shredded

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • In large bowl mix together cream of chicken soup, onion, sour cream, green chiles, milk, salt and pepper.
  • Spray a 9"x13 casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray and spread half of your tortillas to line the bottom of pan.
  • Top with half of your shredded chicken.
  • Top with half of your cheese.
  • Pour half of your sour cream mixture over that.
  • Layer again with tortillas, then chicken, then remaining sour cream mixture then finally spread remains cheese over top.
  • Cover with tin-foil and bake for 1 hour.
