Philly Cheesesteak Sliders

  • 2 packages individual steaks
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 1 green pepper sliced
  • 4-5 whole white mushrooms sliced
  • 6 slider rolls
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • Salt pepper and garlic salt


  • In saute pan cook your onions, mushrooms and peppers on medium heat until tender, remove from pan to small bowl and set aside.
  • Season your steak liberally with salt, pepper and garlic salt or a mixture of your fave steak seasonings and add to pan and saute about 2-3 minutes until no longer pink.
  • Add vegetables back to pan and stir together to heat though.


We sauteed our meat with our vegetables adding the meat after the vegetables were cooked good instead of removing the vegetables from the pan. If you are afraid of cross contamination you are more than welcome to remove the vegetables from the pan and add them after he meat is cooked!
