Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup steel cut oats
  • 5 cups water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice extract
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • Chopped pecans
  • Extra brown sugar

Instructions

  • Combine your oats, water, milk, pumpkin, brown sugar, syrup, extracts and salt into a crock pot and stir until combined.
  • Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
  • Remove lid and stir.
  • Serve with chopped pecans and brown sugar.
