Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz) tube refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbs butter , softened
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1-1 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 kiwi , skinned and sliced in halves
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • Any other fruit you enjoy

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • On pizza pan or cookie sheet press your cookie dough into about a 12" circle.
  • Bake for about 10-15 minutes or until slightly golden, remove and let cool.
  • Meanwhile in bowl mix together your cream cheese, butter, extracts and powdered sugar until combined.
  • Spread over cooled cookie crust.
  • Top with fruit in your favorite designs.
