Easy Fruit Pizza
Fun, quick and delicious this Easy Fruit Pizza is perfect for a picnic, a snack or the sweet fruity ending to your night.

Servings: 10 slices
- 1 (16 oz) tube refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbs butter , softened
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1-1 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 kiwi , skinned and sliced in halves
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- Any other fruit you enjoy
Preheat oven to 350.
On pizza pan or cookie sheet press your cookie dough into about a 12" circle.
Bake for about 10-15 minutes or until slightly golden, remove and let cool.
Meanwhile in bowl mix together your cream cheese, butter, extracts and powdered sugar until combined.
Spread over cooled cookie crust.
Top with fruit in your favorite designs.
