Air Fryer Breakfast Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds baby Yukon gold potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 ½ teaspoons seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish optional

Instructions

  • Cut the potatoes into ½-inch sized pieces.
  • Then, place the potatoes in a bowl with the olive oil, seasoned salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper.
  • Toss the potatoes until they are coated well..
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for about 5 minutes. Spray the basket of the air fryer with olive oil spray, add the potatoes in a single layer and cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes.
  • Remove crispy potatoes from the air fryer and garnish with parsley if desired, serve immediately.

Notes

  1. You can use other potatoes than Baby Yukon's, see my suggestions above. 
  2. This can be frozen, see my tips above. 
  3. This recipe can be double or tripled to serve more, but you'll need to work in batches. 
  4. You can swap out the seasonings to make other flavored breakfast potatoes.
  5. Be sure to preheat your Air Fryer so the potatoes turn out perfect. 
  6. Reheat your leftovers right back in the Air Fryer so they have the perfect texture again.
  7. Make sure your potatoes are relatively similar in size so they cook evenly.
  8. Don't overcrowd the basket or the potatoes won't cook evenly.
