Ingredients

  • cups milk
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup candy corn
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Toppings: marshmallows whipped cream, hot fudge, chocolate syrup, sprinkles, optional

Instructions

  • Add the water to a saucepan and bring to a gentle boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling add candy corns and stir until melted.
  • Lower the heat to medium and add milk, heavy cream, and white chocolate chips.
  • Stir until white chocolate chips are melted and the liquid is smooth.
  • Turn off the heat, add vanilla extract and stir to combine.
  • Serve in mugs with toppings of your choice.

Notes

  1. You can swap the heavy whipping cream out for half and half or regular milk. But, just remember that doing this will change the creaminess of your drink. Heavy whipping cream gives it the perfect creamy consistency and flavor. 
  2. I don't recommend making this ahead of time or trying to save any for later. It settles and won't taste right anymore. 
  3. You can use any of the optional toppings, none, or all of them for a real decadent drink. 
  4. Try adding a few of the candy pumpkins that you can usually find right next to the candy corn.  
  5. Keep a spoon with your drink and give it a good stir in between sips to keep everything from settling to the bottom of the mug.
