Chicken Caesar Wraps

Chicken Caesar Wraps are full of all the delicious flavors, they're kid-friendly, perfect for busy nights! They use minimal ingredients and are ready for lunch or dinner in 5 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes sliced in half
  • ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2-4 tablespoons Caesar salad dressing or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons lightly crushed croutons
  • 4 burrito size flour tortillas
  • 1 pound cooked chicken sliced

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, toss together the lettuce, tomatoes, parmesan, Caesar dressing, and croutons until mixed and coated in the dressing.
  • Place a tortilla on a clean work surface. Add 1/4th of the lettuce mixture to the center of the tortilla.
  • Add 1/4th of the chicken on top of the lettuce.
  • Fold the two side flaps of the tortilla over the filling. Bring the bottom flap of the tortilla up over the filling and tightly wrap it to seal.
  • Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Cut the wraps in half and serve with your favorite sides and extra dressing for dipping, optional.

Notes

  1. Use warm tortillas as they're more pliable and easier to work with. 
  2. Use rotisserie chicken or leftover chicken from a different meal. 
  3. If you want crushed croutons, add a handful of your favorite croutons to a small zipper plastic bag, gently crush with a rolling pin. You can also leave the croutons whole or leave them out, whatever you prefer!
  4. If you want to shred your chicken, use a hand mixer or stand mixer, super quick and easy!
  5. These can be doubled to serve more people.
