Boozy Sherbet Punch

This easy and tasty Boozy Sherbet Punch is the perfect drink for any holiday, special occasion or just because. Fruity and flavorful, this is one drink that you don't want to pass up!

Ingredients

  • 2 packets strawberry drink mix
  • 3 quarts water
  • 46 ounces pineapple juice
  • 750 ml rose prosecco
  • 48 ounces pineapple sherbet
  • pineapple rings for garnish
  • fresh raspberries for garnish

Instructions

  • Place the strawberry drink mix into your punch bowl.
  • Pour in the water and stir until dissolved.
  • Stir in the pineapple juice and prosecco.
  • Place scoops of the sherbet into the punch bowl.
  • Garnish with pineapple rings and raspberries. Serve immediately.

Notes

  1. Use any of your favorite sherbets or gelatos, see some of my suggestions above.
  2. You can make this non-alcoholic by using sparkling white grape juice, sprite or 7-Up.
  3. We do not recommend making this ahead of time.
  4. You can freeze scoops of sherbet in a muffin tin and add them when making.
  5. Make sure that your liquids are chilled before adding to the punch.
  6. You can kick this up a notch by adding 1/2 cup vodka or white rum.
