Champagne Jello Shots
These Champagne Jello Shots are a delicious party treat, with the added sweetness it really makes the tartness of the champagne pop.

- 1 ½ cups champagne
- ⅓ cup simple syrup
- .50 ounces (2 packets) unflavored gelatin
- Gold sanding sugar
Place ½ cup champagne in the microwave-safe measuring cup and heat for 1 minute or until boiling hot.
Add the gelatin and whisk until no lumps remain. If lumps remain, remove them from the mixture.
Add the remaining champagne and simple syrup to the mixture and stir.
Line up your shot cups on a plate or moveable flat surface.
Using the injector or baking syringe, fill the shot cups to be about ¾ of the way full.
Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours or until solidified.
Sprinkle the tops of the shots with gold sanding sugar, place the lids on the top, serve, and enjoy!
