Shake well before pouring. (If using a large glass to mix, stir well and strain from ice).
Pour into martini glass.
Top with whipping cream, chocolate powder, or finely crushed espresso bean/powder if desired.
Can be served over ice, or blended as well.
- You can substitute the espresso vodka with real espresso of coffee.
- You can use any creamer that you like that compliments the drink.
- This recipe is for one drink, so it's easy to double or more for guests and gatherings.
- We like to use a cocktail shaker but if you don't own one a large glass and a strainer.
- The goal was to make this not taste like alcohol and it tastes more like a cold coffee.
- You can use any flavor of Irish cream Liqueur as well to change up the flavor.
- You can make a pitcher of this, but make sure it stays in the refrigerator and is drank within 24 hours.
