This Pumpkin Pie Spice is a fall pantry staple, with only 5 ingredients and a few minutes to whip  you have a the perfect baking addition.

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbs ground cinnamon
  • 2 Tbs ground ginger
  • 2 Tbs ground nutmeg
  • 1 ½ tsp ground allspice
  • 1 ½ tsp ground cloves

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix all ingredients together until well blended.
  • Store in an airtight container and store until ready to use.

Notes

  1. Make sure that this recipe is stored in an airtight container in my preference out of sunlight like in a cabinet or other place.
  2. You can refrigerate this if you like, but there is really no evidence that it will extend it's life any.
  3. This makes about 6 Tbs which you can easily double if you are a big baker like me.
  4. You can adjust the ingredients to your liking, this is just our favorite blend that we have come up with over the years.
  5. This goes perfect in all pumpkin desserts, used as sprinkling on hot chocolate or whipped cream, etc.
