- 3 Tbs ground cinnamon
- 2 Tbs ground ginger
- 2 Tbs ground nutmeg
- 1 ½ tsp ground allspice
- 1 ½ tsp ground cloves
In a small bowl, mix all ingredients together until well blended.
Store in an airtight container and store until ready to use.
- Make sure that this recipe is stored in an airtight container in my preference out of sunlight like in a cabinet or other place.
- You can refrigerate this if you like, but there is really no evidence that it will extend it's life any.
- This makes about 6 Tbs which you can easily double if you are a big baker like me.
- You can adjust the ingredients to your liking, this is just our favorite blend that we have come up with over the years.
- This goes perfect in all pumpkin desserts, used as sprinkling on hot chocolate or whipped cream, etc.
