Bacon Cheeseburger Egg Rolls

- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 strips bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 small onion diced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 8-10 egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Preheat deep fryer or oil in pan to 375.
In skillet, brown your ground beef with your onion until no longer pink and onions are tender.
Stir in your bacon and cheese and toss around until cheese is melted.
Place about 2-3 Tbs of filling onto each egg roll wrapper.
Roll up according to package directions.
Fry in batches in oil until lightly golden, about 2-3 minutes, turning once.
Drain on paper towels.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
