Nothing ends Thanksgiving on a better note than pie! This Easy Dutch Apple Pie with Maple Cream Sauce is the perfect sweet way to end your holiday festivities!

Can you believe that despite being a food blogger and knowing how to essentially cook ALL THE THINGS, I have never once in my life hosted a holiday meal? Seriously! This year my husband and I decided that we wanted to host our own Thanksgiving, so everything is essentially new to us, but that’s ok you learn as you go!

Even though we didn’t host the holidays I was always the one who was asked to bring the dessert because I’m known as the dessert gal in our family. Which is pretty much correct, I live, love and breathe all things dessert! But sometimes when you’re preparing a whole meal, you kind of want to do something a little more simple and this year we choose to go with Marie Callender’s just like homemade dessert pies!

But we also wanted to dress it up a little bit so I created a delicious maple cream sauce to go over the pie! You guys will be in heaven when you try this! You can serve your friends and family a warm, delicious dessert that’s easy to make so you can give thanks for homemade taste and adding that little extra flavor to the pie itself does it a world of difference!

There are multiple reasons why I really like Marie Callender’s pies for my go to dessert. 1. They’re like homemade. 2. They are easy as pie to make (ha get it)! and 3. They are seriously easy clean-up. And since we are hosting, the less cleanup this girl has to do the better, amiright?!

Of course we couldn’t just center our holiday gathering around the dessert, although I probably could make a whole meal out of desserts, I feel that people need a little more! So we decided on using tender and juicy, Butterball whole turkeys! They are all natural, giving you the highest quality turkey which will be the centerpiece at your delicious Thanksgiving celebration!

Butterball is also the number 1 brand of turkey in America! They are natural and pre-brined, American Humane Certified, all natural and gluten free. They also come with cooking instructions and an easy open bag, now how can you go wrong there. And better yet you can contact Talk-Line for support if you have any questions while cooking – 1-800-BUTTERBALL or text 844-877-3456!

And for your wine drinking friends the Woodbridge Red Blend wine pairs nicely with this holiday feast! Crafted for over 30 years the wine offers warm, toasty aromas and flavors, including jammy blackberry, vanilla, and baking spices. It’s full and rich with a long, flavorful finish.

We felt like doing a variety of wines so on top of the Woodbridge Red Blend we also got the Woodbridge Cabernet to pair along side it so people had options for their drinking pleasure!

Now I’m not going to say that hosting Thanksgiving is easy, because it is not! But with Marie Callender’s, Butterball and Woodbridge you’re pretty set up for a hassle free Thanksgiving meal! For an amazing shopkick deal, head here. For some easy Turkey Day Tips head on over HERE!
