HOW TO MAKE COPYCAT RAISING CANE’S SAUCE, STEP BY STEP:
- In a small mixing bowl whisk together all the ingredients till well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to help the flavors combine.
HOW MUCH SAUCE DOES THIS MAKE?
This will make roughly just shy of 2 cups of sauce. Again, you can easily double this recipe to make more to have on hand.
DO I REALLY HAVE TO LET IT SIT FOR 2 HOURS?
This is really what I recommend doing. It lets the flavors marry together and get all combined so you get that nice signature flavor.
If you eat it too soon then they will all still be separated and not combined and it will taste different.
WHAT CAN I USE THIS SAUCE FOR?
Remember how I said that this sauce is super versatile? Well it is, some ways that you can use it include:
- Dipping for chicken strips.
- Dipping for french fries or other potatoes.
- Topping a burger or chicken sandwich.
- Top a salad with it.
- Dip garlic bread into it.
- Use it in a wrap.
I could go on and on, but just think to yourself after you taste it what you think it would go good with.
CAN I USE MIRACLE WHIP FOR THIS RECIPE?
I really suggest going with traditional mayonnaise for this, you can use miracle whip but it will give off a different flavor.
HOW TO STORE:
This can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator where it will last for up to 2 weeks.
We do not recommend freezing this recipe.
TIPS AND TRICKS:
- Make sure you let this sit so the flavors can marry.
- Mayonnaise is really preferred over miracle whip.
- Easily double this recipe to make more.
- This can be served with or on so many things, see above for ideas.
- This batch makes slightly less than 2 cups.
When it comes to restaurant recipes, you really can’t get much simpler or tastier than this Copycat Raising Cane’s Sauce.
