Now if that isn’t ingredients for one of the best recipes ever then I honestly don’t know what is. I mean seriously you guys, I rarely get this excited about a specific recipe but this crockpot meatball recipe is one that I have to brag a little bit about.
Now I like a little bit of spice in my life and these have just the right amount of spice that isn’t too overwhelming, like I said I like a little bit. I’m not one to go out and eat a ghost pepper, I’ll stick with the more milk things and that is what these are.
The cheese stuffed in the center is really what sets these apart. They cheese just oozes out of the middle with each bite and you really cant get any better than that!

What do you serve these with? Over rice or tortilla strips or something else?

We usually eat them plain as it, but you can serve them over whatever you like.
Christy
I’ve never heard of cheesy taco seasoning, what brand is that?
Tornadough Alli
McCormick makes it, but you can use regular taco seasoning for this.

What do you mean by shaping the meatballs around slices of cheese? Do you mean the 1/2” pieces? Does that also mean cutting the cheese into cubes?
Tornadough Alli
As per the ingredients list the cheese is diced into pieces, so wrap your meat around the diced pieces of cheese.
