This Cheesecake Swirled Brownie Cake is super easy to whip up. I love that it starts with a cake mix as well, you could also make your own homemade chocolate cake if you’d like.
But sometimes we get lazy in this house and don’t always make things homemade. But that’s ok! Things don’t always have to be completely homemade to be delicious.

I mean you cant tell me that this Brownie Cake does not look good! I love that you have cheesecake and brownie in each and every bite, there is nothing better than that.
You could also flavor this recipe with other things as well, you could add some extracts to your cheesecake mix such as almond, strawberry, etc.
Or you could make a peanut butter cheesecake batter as well, there is so much that you could do with this cake that this is a base recipe to build off of. Even candy pieces would be fun!
HOW TO STORE:
Since this Brownie Cake contains cream cheese it can not be left out for more than two hours at room temperature so it needs to be stored in the refrigerator.
Personally we like to eat this cold anyways since it has to chill to set up completely after baking, so the refrigeration shouldn’t be much of a big deal.
To store place in a Tupperware container large enough to fit the cake or a cake carrier, or on a plate wrapped tightly in plastic wrap.
This should store in the refrigerator for up to one week when properly stored, I would not go much longer than that.
This cake can also be frozen! If you aren’t going to consume right away you can keep in the pan and wrap in plastic wrap then layer of tin foil and it should last in the freezer for up to two months.
If you have leftovers what I like to do is layer them in a freezer bag separated by some parchment paper and then place in the freezer where it will still remain good for the same period of time.
This Cheesecake Swirled Brownie Cheesecake is seriously one of those desserts that you want to make! Your whole family will fall in love.
This is one of those recipes that I like to bake with my children because it’s easy to make and there isn’t a lot of steps or large equipment that you need to use.
They love swirling the batters together to make the swirl, I don’t know why that is their favorite part but I mean they’re kids so I think anything in the kitchen for them is fun.
