If ya’ll haven’t noticed yet, I love my crock pot. Like literally in love with is, it is time for me to probably upgrade to a bigger and better model. I have my old gal for about 8 years now, which isn’t too long compared to some people. Did you know that they have wifi crock pots now! I was blown away when I seen them in the store, when and how I would use that option I’m not sure. It’s probably one of those features that when you get in that situation where you wish you had it it is there. So we will see what the future holds with me buying a new crock. Read more
Hello Friday, oh how I’ve been waiting to see this day. I’m a huge lover of Friday’s, which I’m sure I’m not alone in this love. I have a 4 day weekend then it’s back to school Tuesday for my boys. Yay! I do at home daycare for a family and when school starts I’ll be getting a 2 month old baby and I’m so excited. I will be getting my baby fix without having to pop another one out myself. So instead of it being my 3 boys, my daughter and 2 daycare girls during the day I’ll be going down to my daughter and the baby during the day. It will be a huge adjustment. But I’m excited. Hello to the weekend! Do you all get those days where you simply don’t want to write anything but just want to share what you have created? Yeah, sometimes inspiration doesn’t strike. Writers block of sorts. More or less just want to bake instead. But I also have creators block.
OMG it’s almost Friday. I am so ready for the weekend. It’s my kids last day of school today as well. It’s about to get real busy around these parts. Luckily the weather here in Minnesota has finally started to perk up! It was 88 yesterday, so we spend the majority of the day outside. We have a few trees in our yard that are dead and have been in need of being cut down so I had the lovely opportunity to be on medial watch over my dad and his friend while they attempted to cut down our behemoth! Luckily no one was hurt, and the tree came down as expected. Now my yard looks barren and I have to get used to this open space and a nice big tree stump. If anyone has any ideas on how I can dress that eye sore up, let me hear them. Read more
